I came here for an inspection. It was a Saturday at the end of the month, so I was able to drop my car off and pick it up in a few hours after getting a call it was ready. Jamie at the desk was very personable, and that goes a long way since some shops are a hit or miss with customer service.

They were excellent. They were personable, kind and most importantly honest. I brought my car there after being suspicious of another mechanics assessment. My suspicions were confirmed when they advised me that I didn’t need most of what the other mechanic told me. And it saved me $1,500!

I like New Pegasus. They do good work and they are fair with pricing. In my case, they are also conveniently located... I drop off the car and walk home.

Dropped my car off for oil change and inspection . An hour and a half later received a call your car is ready . The service was good and prompt . Didn’t give it 5 stars not sure Mazda filters were used for oil change ?

I took my car to tye new Pegasus auto center for my NYS annual inspection. I left my car with them as I was told they will call me when completed . In a couple of hours I received a call back telling me the inspection was complete and I can come pick up my car . I had my car inspected there last year and had a windshield replaced as well . Was very happy all worked out well once again. Pegasus auto is near by where I live so I find it convenient .
