Dropped my car off for oil change and inspection . An hour and a half later received a call your car is ready . The service was good and prompt . Didn’t give it 5 stars not sure Mazda filters were used for oil change ?

I took my car to tye new Pegasus auto center for my NYS annual inspection. I left my car with them as I was told they will call me when completed . In a couple of hours I received a call back telling me the inspection was complete and I can come pick up my car . I had my car inspected there last year and had a windshield replaced as well . Was very happy all worked out well once again. Pegasus auto is near by where I live so I find it convenient .

Used a coupon to have an oil change and tire rotation. The job was done in a timely manner and I was kept aware by phone when it was ready to pick up. Friendly and professional.

Had a flat tire. Stopped in hoping to get it fixed. Small Spanish guy says “we are closed” I asked if could just get air to get to the next place. He said “we don’t have air machine”. Disgraceful.

Courteous & knowledgeable

Very satisfied with Pegasus services whenever I've had a problem with my car. I especially like that they give u a computer readout of the services that will be done and cost and another when completed with the cost. Everyone from receptionist to workers are very congenial and helpful! Again, very satisfied!

I use this shop for a very long time. Not only it's conveniently located and just a few blocks away from my home, but I always get a good and reliable service in the timely manner. It's been a few years since a new owners took over the shop and I'm very pleased with the service they provide. Friendly, polite and professional they always answer my questions and help me with their advice when needed. Definitely recommend this shop for your automotive repairs.

I have a wonderful experience every year I go to get my inspection done, but this year was amazing!! I was greeted by a kind woman who had informed me there would be a wait on, which is to be expected on the 1st of the month. She called me to let me know what’s needed versus what should get done, and she let me know when to grab my car!! As a woman I find it comforting to find a woman in an automotive field, it’s just assures me that i’m not being taken advantage of!

Shows up today, Saturday 4/4/26 at 2:35 pm for an oil change. Was told to come back Monday because they were closed. Workers were there, door was open, people waiting in the waiting area but I was told to leave even though they don’t close for another 25 minutes. No wonder most people hate this place and it has terrible reviews. Bunch of rude foreigners. Never going back here again.

I was on the sidewalk sitting with my motorcycle and not on their property when the owner came out and yelled at me to move. Absolutely rude and unprofessional, take your money somewhere else. This is how they treat their neighbors

At Pegasus is the crew from my mechanic, and they are awesome! Always fair, always kind, helpful and knowledgeable! Jamie and Javi are always eager to help. I always leave feeling safe in my vehicle, and not over charged.

This hands down the best place on the island! Jamie and Javier are trusting and kind. They never pull the bullshit you get other places where one thing leads to five things and thousands of dollars.

I went to change the oil and fiter in my van, I had to go twice because the mechanic did not put the required quanity of oil, when it come the time to change the oil, no way to losen the nut nor to unscrew the filter, they made it intentitaly for no other mechanic can change the oil except them, please, do not patronize New Pegyssis on Hylan Blvd and Nelson Ave, Citgo gas station.

Today I went to get gas. The attendant stood at the window on the passenger side and just waited until I happened to look in that direction. I commented that I was expecting him to come to the window and his response was that he didn’t need to come to the window since the gas pump is on the passenger side. I was annoyed at the laziness and rudeness. Mind you, this is a full service station. When I gave him the money he snatched it and offered no thank you or any type of pleasantry. He was incredibly rude and I will not be going back there.
